GS – KINGPIN – Men’s Fitted V-Neck Short Sleeve Black Tee (848 on back)

Barry Foy was charged with the federal kingpin statute – U.S. Code §848 – Continuing Criminal Enterprise. Being charged with the KINGPIN Statute carried with it a minimum mandatory proson sentence of 10 years to Life.  Barry was sentenced to 18 yeqrs in oprison and served 11 years before being released in 1996.
